Who We Are

 S.O.U.N.D.S. is a non-profit music program in Owen County dedicated to providing youth from Owen and Surrounding Counties with the opportunity to develop their musical talents through string instruments, piano, voice and classical guitar programs. Since 2003, S.O.U.N.D.S. has empowered students to read music, enhance performance skills, and share their talents throughout the community by participating in events, competitions, and performances.
